Change Management Analyst - ITIL - 6 month contract - Berkshire
Overview:
Change Management Team is responsible for ensuring that standardises methods and procedures are used for the efficient and prompt handling of all changes in order to minimise the impact of change upon service quality. The organisation has engaged a number of managed service partners who work collaboratively to deliver the exceptional level of service that the organisation demand.
Role:
The Change Analyst will join a team who are responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process, including the analysis, QA and management of change requests within the Service Management toolset
Effectively manage the end to end change lifecycle and identify process improvements where possible
Day to day management of change requests
Identification and allocation of relevant change approvals
Conducting & verifying post implementation reviews, investigation issues arising out of change implementation
Reporting of change to both interval and customer management teams
Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process
Must have:
Strong Change Management background gained within a telecoms or technology company
Working within ITIL framework
Experience of ITSM tool sets, preferably BMC Remedy
Experience of driving process improvements
Proven ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders across any number of business functions
ITIL qualifications
Experience of ICT and /or Mobile Network Technologies
Experience of Release Management
