We're looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to drive vendor relationships, spearhead negotiations, and lead a high-performing commercial team. This role is central to strengthening our market position and delivering innovative products to millions of customers across Ireland.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead commercial negotiations with hardware vendors, securing funding, marketing, and pricing support.
- Be a representative at global procurement sessions, ensuring local needs are championed on a group level.
- Own end-to-end commercial operations, from strategy to execution
- Act as a key point of contact for vendors within the business, managing communications and touchpoints.
- Collaborate across teams including Finance, Marketing, Legal and Supply Chain.
- Support senior leadership with vendor performance updates, forecasts, and funding recovery.
- Lead and mentor the Commercial Vendor team, setting clear priorities and performance goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial leadership with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- A confident communicator who can influence senior internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
- Deep understanding of vendor strategies and ability to translate these into actionable internal plans.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on experience launching and managing consumer electronic products.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of pricing, marketing, procurement, and legal frameworks.
- Ideally experience working with European and local regulatory considerations affecting device portfolios.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A background in business, marketing, or technology (degree or equivalent experience).
- A track record of delivering mobile or consumer electronic products to market.
- Experience navigating complex commercial risks with creative and rational solutions.
