Job Description
This role is pivotal in supporting Marketing Media effectiveness and optimisation decisions at Three Ireland. Working with both Three and 48 brand teams and agency partners, this role is responsible for delivering Econometric Analysis using Market Mix Modelling so that we can understand the impact Media has on driving sales and brand heath. From this, the Marketing teams and agency partners can understand show to spend multi-million pound media investment to maximise media Return on Investment and set media strategy.
What else it involves
- Ongoing management of Three Ireland Econometrics programmes, ensuring all data is delivered, quality checked on time, and results are complete and address internal and external marketing partners needs e.g. Core, Boys and Girls, for Three and 48 brand.
- Contributes to insights and recommendations of how to optimise Marketing/Media Spend to drive Brand Marketing KPIs such as Gross Connections, Awareness and Consideration across the Three Ireland brand portfolio
- Responsible for the contractual management of Econometrics external partners (Media Monks), ensuring they deliver high quality Econometrics results on time and in full.
- Responsible for Econometrics in Ireland in any additional modelling and analytical requests that address business problems or questions.
- Responsible for an annual Budget of €230,000
Key responsibilities.
- Fully responsible for the high-quality delivery of the quarterly Market Mix Models for Three and 48 brands in Ireland
- Responsible for all internal and external quarterly data collection process including liaising with multiple stakeholders and data owners accurately and on time, making sure all data is correct and on time for Model building.
- Manages relationships with internal and external customers and agency partners e.g. Zenith, Core, Boys and Girls etc while taking guidance from senior colleagues on brand and advertising strategy and commercial performance.
- Works with internal and external partners in identifying the specific quarterly objectives of the Market Mix Model delivery so that our Econometrics partner delivers the right insights first time
- Responsible for feeding key learning's from Econometrics back into the business to support future planning.
- Manages the agency relationship and quality of delivery of quarterly presentations and reports from our MMM agency partner Media Monks.
The skills we are looking for
- Degree educated or equivalent in a numerate subject
- 4+ years experience data statistics and insights
- Media effectiveness knowledge an advantage
- Works with limited supervision on developing optimum reporting and insights for key stakeholders
- Analyses data with limited supervision to share an understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments.
- Works with limited supervision and technical guidance on organising, processing data to achieve business needs
- Works with limited supervision and technical guidance on analysing data trends in reports to help guide decision making.
- Uses knowledge and skills to work with guidance and training on planning, organising, prioritising activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
