L&D Leadership Development Consultant

Really exciting opportunity to join a big brand technology business undergoing a cultural transformation, looking for a L&D Expert to lead implementation of the new Behavioural Framework.

What you will be doing:

• Driving the delivery of the overall Leadership strategy by launching and embedding innovative development solutions.
• Designing solutions to build the capability of Leaders at every level from individual contributors through to Directors.
• Facilitating events to build individual, team and Business capability.
• Providing specialist influence, working closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the People Function to ensure talent interventions are truly embedded and evaluated.
• Creating solutions that support our Learning Strategy around Insight, Quality, Accessibility and Impact.

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrable experience of delivering a successful cultural and behavioural change programme in a similar Enterprise size organisation.
• Someone who shows themselves to be a thought leader with the engagement skills to gain buy-in from stakeholders and managers, whilst maintaining momentum and enthusiasm for delivering milestones.
• A background in Learning and Development, Talent Management and Employee Engagement.
