Project People Recruitment are currently seeking a Delivery consultant to be based in central Bristol to support and supply into a leading global IT services organisation with 10,000 employees and annual revenue of nearly £2 billion in the UK alone.

We work in partnership with over 200 of the worlds most respected organisations, assisting in building organisational capability through a variety of methods including; Contingent and permanent resourcing, recruitment process outsourcing, talent attraction and retention programmes and much more.

Key responsibilities:

The role of the delivery consultant is to support the account managers, by attracting and engaging the talent for their vacancies, using a variety of techniques. You will form solid, lasting relationships with these candidates, not only knowing the technical capabilities, but their motivations both intrinsic and extrinsic.

Project people are looking for creative thinkers, people who are able to work smart consistently and be able to come up with and contribute new solutions to improve and stream line processes.

This role is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to focus and further their skills in candidate delivery and offers a strong career path into account management within an RPO environment.

Required skills & experience:

• A proven background in within a technically focused recruitment environment
• Good generalist IT knowledge
• Excellent end-to-end candidate management skills
• Attention to detail in all areas of your work
• Strong ability to adapt to working on a variety of roles and able to understand a wide variety of roles
• Excellent communication at all levels
