About the role
Site Access Controllers main responsibilities include end to end management and access control across key portfolios, end to end management of PPM site access blockers, shared access relationship management and finally 1st line escalation point re-NWR/PPM for Cornerstone customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing & Updating Access Information
Lead end to end NWR Access Requests for Planned Maintenance
Lead end to end Mitie Access Blockers
Management of all internal communications for all MSA and MSP Mitie Access Blockers
Daily additions, chasing/ updating and resolution management.
Experience with shared access relationship management and finally 1st line escalation point
personally established and manage SLA re-Ground Level Access
Managing BAPA Request Inbox
Provide Training for suppliers - process enforcement, reinforcement, and communications control.
VM02 and VF escalation 1st line management.


Experience:

Experience (technical, managerial, industry)
Estates management background or even estate agency background, alternatively telecoms project support experience

Skills / Knowledge:

· Strong communication skills required both verbal and written
· Confident telephone manner, with the ability to manage high volumes and extract the information required from the landlords to the point of escalation, relationship management and internal/ external process training sessions
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
