Performance Marketing Executive

Contract till end of the year

Reading/Hybrid - 2-3 days per week onsite

What you will be doing?

  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Assist in executing marketing strategies for Home Broadband within various lines of business (LOB) working groups, ensuring communications are aligned with business goals.
  • Creative Development Support: Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop sales-driving creative content across multiple media channels, ensuring timely production, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Media Planning & Budget Tracking: Help plan media and track budgets for Home Broadband performance marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Integrated Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the brand and retail marketing teams to deliver cohesive Home Broadband marketing communication plans.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance against key objectives, such as sign-ups, conversion rates, and lead generation. Provide feedback to identify areas for optimisation.

What we are looking for?

  • Experience: Some experience in communications planning, creative development, or media execution, particularly in Home Broadband or related industries.
  • Collaboration: Familiarity with working alongside creative or media teams to support Home Broadband marketing campaigns.
  • Budgeting Skills: Basic understanding of media budgeting and cost management, with a willingness to enhance numerical skills.
  • Creative & Problem-Solving Mindset: A creative thinker eager to learn and adapt to new trends in performance marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: An interest in working with data and insights to inform marketing decisions, particularly in driving Home Broadband sign-ups and customer retention.
  • Media Landscape Awareness: Curiosity about the modern media landscape, particularly digital and social media marketing, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in Home Broadband product marketing.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail is crucial.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Home Broadband or telecommunications is a plus but not required
