Job Description
ORACLE CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE DBA(OCI)- CONTRACT - REMOTE
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)DBA to join a collaborative and progressive Oracle practice. Within the role, you will have proven experience in all aspects of system implementation together with, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, and implementation, understanding and development of the project scope and providing support and testing post implementation.
Contract - 6 months + possible extension
Home based - remote working from anywhere in UK
MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO GET SECURITY CLEARANCE
Scope of project:
Migration of a large Oracle E-Business v12.2 from On-Premise (running on AIX) to OCI (Linux 8).
The target platform will be on OCI infrastructure and Exadata CS.
Other custom applications using Oracle Database will also be migrated from On-Premise to OCI along with Oracle E-Business.
Skills required:
- Oracle E-Business Suite v12.2
- Oracle Database 19c
- Oracle middleware Weblogic Suite
- Oracle Exadata CC
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - IaaS
- Desirable skills in Cloud CI/CD tools Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Gitlab
