Overall Job description
We are hiring Event Controller/ Project Coordinator to support the delivery / Integration of cell sites for 2G/4G/5G program and to support on the day scope of works. This role will also involve managing tool sets associated with on the day activity and liaison with internal and external ASP's to co-ordinate on the day delivery of programmed sites.
Responsibilities
- Maintain & update Tools - Nemo, Sitetracker and all other associated toolsets such as ENM.
- Manage on the day escalations.
- Manage on the day shortages.
- Interface with internal teams and 3rd parties to resolve on the day issues
- Manage any shortages with suppliers and 3rd parties.
- Review and validate milestones and progress checkpoints.
- Take ownership of the daily site activity through to completion
- Support customer & project progress calls to provide site by site feedback of progress & resolution of issues.
Essential skills and experience
Good experience in project coordination.
Knowledge of 2G / 4g and 5g troubleshooting.
An excellent understanding of telecom networks.
Good communication skills and facilitation skills
Good standard of reporting skills, using standard software package
Ability to work in a team and also under own initiative
Flexible with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity
