As the Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of New Business, you'll lead a team to identify new opportunities, secure strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional value propositions.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to identify new growth opportunities, increase revenue, and expand market share.
  • Commercial Modelling: Craft data-driven commercial models and business cases in collaboration with Finance teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments to align business development initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of early-career professionals, fostering their growth and success.

The successful Business Development Manager will have:

Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or a related field, with team leadership experience.

    • Strong client relationship management.
    • Analytical prowess with a data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
